General info:
· Upon arrival, sign-in and temperature check will be required. Face masks must be worn in hallways, meeting spaces and public areas inside Genesis;
· Sanitizing and disinfecting of all areas is done throughout the day;
· Currently, given the spike in the pandemic situation in other parts of the USA, we do not allow guests to arrive via public transportation (planes, trains) from outside Massachusetts.
Meeting Spaces
· We follow Massachusetts’ physical distancing guidelines, and are limiting the attendance for sessions held inside in accordance with regulations;
· Meeting spaces are arranged with physical distancing in place. As per general info above, masks must be worn in meeting spaces and all public areas.
Overnight Accommodations:
· Due to regulations, we can no longer offer double overnight rooms – due to pandemic restrictions, single overnight rooms only;
· Bedding and linens will be provided, however, feel free to bring own pillows, etc.
· Shower and toilet stalls will be assigned and a bathroom sanitizing schedule will be posted to aide in planning your day;
· Soap and hand-sanitizer will be provided in each guest room as well as throughout the buildings;
· Overnight rooms have been reappointed to feature fewer “touchpoint” items;
· Ironing room and laundry room will not be available—we suggest you bring a travel iron if needed;
· We also suggest you bring your own hair dryer if desired;
Meals and Dining Room
· Dining seating will be arranged to preserve physical distancing;
· Meals there will no longer be buffet style, but will be served individually at each table;
· Depending on group sizes, there may be several meal times required due to physical distancing protocol and dining room space limitations;
· There will be no kitchen access and no access to kitchen microwave. Note there is a microwave for guest use available in guest wing kitchenette.
